I have bought and sold many properties over the last 45 years and have utilized a number of realtors during that time. I have to say Larry Schrimp would be very high up on the list of those Realtors, if not at the top. Larry went above and beyond what I would consider a "normal" Realtor would have done. He organized all of the repair and maintenance people necessary to market the property for sale. He met them at the property when the work began, and he followed up with them after the work was completed. Larry took numerous before and after pictures and was very good at keeping me informed of what was transpiring. As the property was vacant, Larry drove by frequently to check on the property while it was listed for sale. His guidance with regard to what to do to the property and what not to do to the property to market it for sale was extremely valuable. Larry's knowledge of Probate and selling Estate properties was also extremely valuable. Larry spent a lot of time on this property, and I feel very fortunate to have had him for a realtor. There is no doubt Larry Schrimp exceeded my expectations. On a scale of one to ten, I would rate Larry Schrimp an eleven and a half. | |||||

Mr. Schrimp was everything one could hope to have in a Realtor. He not only worked efficiently with myself as the seller but equally well with the eventual buyer of the property in getting the full asking price. Also, Mr. Schrimp constantly kept me in the loop either through e-mails or via the telephone. Additionally, really was taken by his friendly yet highly professional attitude at all times which included patiently answering the many "rookie" questions I voiced.
