Seller's Advantage 2% - 6% or more (Freedom to Choose) The competitive incentive provided by our Seller's Advantage program could give you the fastest sale and lowest commission expense ever. You, the Listing Agent, and every REALTOR® in town will be in a race to see who can find your Buyer first. If you or your associate wins, you will receive full brokerage representation for a substantially discounted fee. Should any other licensee or MLS member find the Buyer, the fee will be as negotiated between you and your associate. This variable commission structure allows you and your REALTOR® to set the commission structure based on these scenarios. Exclusive Services 5% of Sales Price Your home is exposed to all 350+ London Properties, Ltd. Sales Associates but not to the Multiple Listing Service. This provides you the security and privacy by limiting showings to only qualified London Properties prospects while also reducing your commission cost.
One Party Services 0% or 6% of Sales Price You are free to sell your property yourself without obligation for any commission; however, you provide us authorization to expose the property to pre-agreed specific individuals. We do not assist with your buyers and there is no commitment unless our party purchases your home.

0% or 6% of Sales Price Allows you and London Properties to work simultaneously to sell your property. Your only disadvantage is the time and energy you will spend handling your own inquiries. If we find a buyer, you pay a commission; if you find a buyer, you don't.
Homeseller Services As low as 2 1/2% of Sales Price Sell your own property, For Sale By Owner (FSBO), and pay a substantially reduced brokerage fee.
